Built Through Experience.
Invested for the Long Term.

About Gloria Capital

Founded by Brad Nguyen and Quynh Pham, Gloria Capital brings together investment discipline, hands-on operating experience, and a Vietnamese-American perspective to build enduring businesses, strengthen real assets, and create long-term value.

Our story

Built Through Work.
Strengthened Through Ownership. Designed to Last.

Gloria Capital is a privately held investment company built on a straightforward belief: lasting value is created when disciplined capital, capable people, and consistent execution work together.

Founded by Brad Nguyen and Quynh Pham, Gloria Capital invests its own capital in commercial real estate, established consumer businesses, beauty and wellness operations, and scalable distribution and e-commerce platforms.

The firm’s story is not defined by a single transaction or an overnight success. It is the result of years spent building professional capability, learning how organizations operate, assuming responsibility for business outcomes, and transforming experience into active ownership.

A platform built from experience

Two Founders. Complementary Strengths. One Long-Term Vision.

Brad and Quynh came to entrepreneurship through different but complementary paths.

Quynh Pham

Finance · Operations · Organization

Quynh built her foundation through finance, accounting, organizational development, and business operations. Her experience taught her how financial discipline, people, systems, customer experience, and brand positioning must work together to turn strategy into measurable performance.

Brad Nguyen

Investment · Real estate · Platform

Brad developed an owner-builder perspective across investment, commercial real estate, retail operations, business transformation, technology, and platform development. His focus has been on identifying the long-term potential of an asset, strengthening its operating foundation, and building systems capable of supporting future scale.

Together, they developed the model that now defines Gloria Capital

Invest with discipline. Operate with accountability. Build for the long term.

This combination allows Gloria Capital to evaluate opportunities from both sides

  • What an investment can become
  • What it will take operationally to get there

The journey

2011 to present

2011–2020

Building Capability Before Building a Company

Quynh arrived in the United States in 2011 at nineteen as an international student, earning degrees in Finance and Accounting at Suffolk University, graduating summa cum laude, and later a Master of Science in Finance. She began her career at Liberty Mutual, then joined Kuebix through rapid expansion and its acquisition by Trimble.

During the same period Brad was developing his investment and operating perspective across retail, commercial real estate, technology, and business ownership — understanding how existing assets could be repositioned and how individual businesses could become part of a larger platform.

2019–2021

From Professional Careers to Active Ownership

After years of contributing to organizations built by others, Brad and Quynh transitioned into direct ownership. As owners they became accountable for the entire outcome: capital allocation, profitability, cash flow, employees, customer experience, compliance, property performance, technology, reputation, and long-term enterprise value.

They began evaluating established businesses and commercial assets in Greater Boston with strong underlying value but significant room for operational improvement.

2021–2023

Proving the Operating Model

In 2021 the founders entered beverage retail through Cambridge Wine & Spirits, serving the community since 1978. They rebuilt the operating discipline behind the business — financial management, inventory controls, purchasing, merchandising, recruitment, customer service, marketing, e-commerce, and technology.

That experience created the confidence and infrastructure required to acquire and reposition Chauncy Liquor Mart — the first major proof of the model.

2023–2025

Expanding Beyond a Single Business

The portfolio expanded into commercial real estate through The Shops at Randolph, into beauty and wellness through MiniLuxe Brookline — MiniLuxe’s first franchise location — and into distribution through Gloria Wholesale.

The objective was never a portfolio of disconnected companies, but an operating ecosystem where experience, systems, people, technology, and relationships are shared across investments.

2025–Present

Establishing Gloria Capital

Gloria Capital was established to bring the founders’ operating businesses, real estate assets, strategic investments, and future opportunities together under one structured investment platform.

Brad and Quynh were no longer simply owners managing several companies — they were building an institution designed to allocate capital, transfer operating capability across industries, develop leadership, and compound value over time.

Why Gloria Capital exists

More than a collection of investments.

Gloria Capital was not created simply to own more businesses. It was created to build a stronger investment and operating platform.

The founders believe that sustainable value is created when these capabilities reinforce one another.

Within this platform

  • Real estate provides physical infrastructure
  • Operating businesses generate market knowledge
  • Distribution expands commercial reach
  • Technology improves decision-making
  • Finance creates control and clarity
  • People create customer value and organizational momentum
  • Active ownership aligns each element around long-term performance

The firm measures progress by whether

  • Businesses are becoming financially stronger
  • Operating systems are becoming more reliable
  • Managers are developing into leaders
  • Employees have opportunities to advance
  • Properties are becoming more productive
  • Customers are receiving greater value
  • The platform is becoming more resilient
  • Each investment contributes to a broader long-term vision

An American story with Vietnamese roots

Respecting what has already been built.
Creating pathways for what comes next.

Brad and Quynh’s Vietnamese-American perspective is an important part of Gloria Capital’s identity. It informs their work ethic, respect for education, sense of responsibility, and commitment to building opportunities that extend beyond themselves.

At the same time, Gloria Capital is fundamentally an American business story: one built through education, professional experience, entrepreneurship, ownership, reinvestment, and the belief that each generation should create a stronger foundation for the next.

The founders’ experience allows Gloria Capital to understand both the ambition of new entrepreneurs and the perspective of those who have already spent decades building companies, creating jobs, acquiring assets, and establishing wealth in America.

For the younger generation, the story offers proof that meaningful capability can be developed through discipline, education, and consistent execution.

Values experienced founders and investors already understand

  • Reputation is built over years
  • Capital must be protected
  • Growth must be supported by systems
  • People determine whether a strategy succeeds
  • Ownership requires responsibility
  • The strongest businesses are built for more than one generation

Building for generations

The founders are not pursuing growth for its own sake.

Their objective is to build a trusted, multi-generational investment platform capable of strengthening real assets, transforming operating businesses, developing people, and creating opportunities across communities and markets.

This requires patience. It requires the discipline to reject opportunities that do not align with the firm’s capabilities or long-term direction. It requires the humility to continue learning, the conviction to make difficult decisions, and the accountability to remain involved after capital has been invested.

Gloria Capital’s history is still being written. But the principles guiding its future are already clear.
